This is how they do scuba cylinder hydrostatic testing & visual inspection. I’ve got an agreement with the garage AirEquipo to have my scuba tanks tested, that is obligatory in Spain every 3 years. In each country there is its own law concerning cylinder inspection, so if you own a full diving gear, you need to always keep in mind when you have to do the cleaning of scuba cylinder and bring it to professionals. Only specially trained people are allowed to do hydrostatic testing and visual inspection of scuba tanks. Do not do that on your own!
