During the Cold War, the Soviet Union faced one of the most dangerous challenges in space exploration history. The Salyut 7 space station, one of the greatest achievements of its space program, lost control while orbiting Earth, becoming a massive abandoned structure drifting hundreds of kilometers above the planet. But instead of leaving it behind, two cosmonauts were given a mission that seemed impossible: find the station, dock with it, and bring it back to life before it was too late.
