The Royal Ballet Swan Lake ~ Act II Coda Principal Akane Takada as Odette With the Incredible, Corps de Ballet Swan Lake…a breathtaking ballet! Here we have Act II Coda started off so beautifully by the ever incredible Corps de Ballet with such grace, elegance, exquisite technique, and unbelievable stamina! Such a challenging ballet for the corps de ballet but these ladies make it look so effortless! They are genuinely swans, above the water they look so calm and serene, gliding across the water with gentle ripples behind them, but underneath, their feet are working over time. Such poise and elegance in each and every dancer on the stage! Then the beautiful principal Akane Takada! She flies onto the stage and lands on the waters edge. She has a lightness in her dancing which lifts her with the grace a swan queen has! She is such an incredibly dancer and performs this role so amazingly!
