Wooden Bike Build - Part Three

This is the third and final part of my wooden bike build. In this video I glued in the bottom bracket tube, then my brother helped weld up a quick jig from scrap metal to make sure the headtube sat in the slightly oversized hole (to allow for epoxy) at the correct angles while the epoxy cured. I finished shaping the frame, gave it a coat of epoxy and a few coats of polyurethane. Then after assembling all of the parts I took it for a quick spin down the road. All in all I'm really happy with the bike! I also made a simple wooden handlebar out of some Ash which I might upload a video of me making in the future. The final weight of the frame was 3.3kg First Part Here:    • Wooden Bike Build - Part One   Second Part here:    • Wooden Bike Build - Part Two   Follow me on Instagram www.instagram.com/davidbrynparker If you’d like to say thanks or support me making more videos you could buy me a coffee here https://ko-fi.com/davidbrynparker
