Listen to me nerd out on some of my all time favorite death metal bands. I love so many different genres of metal, but death metal really is just some of the best in my opinion. When people talk about the Big 4 there’s usually debate because some of you metal heads just get way too bent out of shape with your opinions, haha. This list isn’t about say, simply the oldest, or biggest, or most influential. Please note that these are MY big 4. This is how my journey started in death metal and these 4 bands in particular will forever be part of me. I hope to hear who your Big 4 are as well. Please mind my choppy editing here.
