Friends of cultivated competitive sport! Today we break with prejudices.😜 Together with Nancy Ludwig I train at my club AC Mutterstadt and we are showing that weight training for women isn't unsightly. On the training schedule was a colorful mixture of cleans, pulls and squats. Especially in weightlifting, there is a prejudice: Female athletes are mostly very masculine... I think we refute this statement and show that weightlifting is suitable for ALL people.
