Kaye’s Knee Progress After Just One Week 🔥

Kaye aka @babetravelling is back for a follow-up after last treatment to see how her knee is progressing. Since her last visit, she's been able to swap the knee brace for a compression sleeve, so we re-tested her squat and overall lower body movement. Compared to last week, her mobility had already improved, but there was still some tightness through the hamstrings and lower body.
