The Only Vlog You Need for Batumi Bay, Georgia | S11E3

This episode takes a slower path — and Batumi rewards it beautifully. After the glass towers and stadium energy of Episode 2, this mission turns toward a quieter side of the city. We follow the cobblestones into Old Batumi, where the streets slow down, the textures change, and the city starts speaking in a different voice. Or as I like to call it: stone-cold stunning Batumi. With its European-style streets, old balconies, and warm summer light, this is the kind of episode where nothing needs to shout to leave an impression. The journey takes us through Batumi Piazza, where time seems to pause beneath the Piazza Tower and its French-made clock, before the streets open up again with views of the Batumi Tower and Alphabet Tower shining in the blue sky. From there, we drift into Europe Square, home to the Astronomical Clock, one of those places that feels worth seeing again and again — day, night, rain, or shine — because each visit gives you a different kind of beauty. Batumi Piazza was built in Old Batumi in 2009, while Europe Square sits along Memed Abashidze Avenue and is known for its 19th and 20th-century architecture. Then the cobblestones lead us onward again, this time into Batumi Boulevard, the city’s famous seaside promenade. Batumi Boulevard stretches along the coast for around 7 kilometres and has become one of the city’s defining spaces. And from there, we meet Batumi Beach for the first time — not a golden-sand beach, but a pebbled shore, where the sound underfoot and the calm Black Sea energy create something unexpectedly powerful. The sand may not be gold, but the feeling is platinum. Batumi Beach is widely described as a pebbled beach, and the boulevard is officially promoted as one of the city’s signature attractions. What stopped me in my tracks had to be shared properly, and there was only one way to do that — another drone session to show just how stunning Batumi Bay looks when the light, the sea, and the city all come together.
