Water leak onto driver side floor of Boxster caused Central Locking Unit CLU damage and the alarm or immobilizer to short circuit. Dead battery and horn going off were the first signs of damage. Budget 6 hours to take everything apart and put back together again if this is your first time. Your results may vary, but this fox cost me less than $30! *I would fully remove your carpet to dry it or let fans blow on it for several days after fully wringing it out.
