Heavy Rain & Safari Ants Invade Our Farm! 🌧️ Protecting My Animals at All Costs
My morning started early with a long walk to the farm to cut fodder for our cows, but the day took an unexpected turn. After a hard morning's work, the rain arrived suddenly, and I had to race to get our calf to shelter and protect the fodder. Just when I thought the chores were done, I discovered safari ants invading the rabbit hatches! I’ll show you the traditional method I use to control them using natural, smelly leaves from the forest. We end the day with a simple, warm meal of turmeric rice, potatoes, and fresh cabbage with ugali for dinner. This is the reality of village life—tiring, unpredictable, but always full of purpose. Thank you for supporting African Village Boy and my family’s journey! 🙏🌿 #AfricanVillageBoy #VillageLife #AfricanFarm #TraditionalLiving #LifeInTheVillage #KenyaFarming
