Law 8922/20 of 06/30/2020 exempts ICMS on the value of energy supplied by the concessionaire, TUSD, however it does not remove ICMS on the availability cost, which in the three-phase is 100 kWh. In the bill charged by Light, there are abusive amounts of ICMS on accounts with micro-generation of solar energy. In short, Light and Aneel should bring the consumer a "clearer" bill, with the "correct" values of everything being charged. Do not "embed" in a difference of the TUSD Provided for Injected, an abusive ICMS value, which reaches almost 50% of the account, showing a percentage of 31% in the account that is not actually what is being charged.
