How to Install Diamond Kote vertical board & batt siding Part 36

Its time to finish up the exterior on this project. We will be installing a vertical board & batten siding. This style of siding is a great look, especially on a farmhouse. Gives is a different feel vs a standard lap siding. #gotitcoach #siding #boardandbatten This is the first time I have used the Diamond Kote brand siding. I was wanting to find a comprable exterior to lets say, a James Hardie. I really liked the product. It was user friendly and a lot easier to handle than JH. Easier to cut and fasten, the JH is way dustier and more brittle. I like the pre-painted finish. It seems very durable and it has a heck of a warranty, 30 years. The touch up paint kit really worked well with blending in with the siding, Perfect match!
