Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place in a baking dish. Set aside for now. 2. Finely dice the onion and fry in a frying pan until golden brown. 3. Add the flour to the onion, mix well, and fry the flour. To avoid lumps, 4. Next, pour in the milk in several stages and mix well. 5. Add salt and spices to taste. 6. Then pour in the cream and, over low heat, stir constantly until thickened. 7. The sauce is ready, now back to the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and spices to taste, then pour the sauce over them. 8.
