Sivananda Conference, Afternoon Session (3.30pm), Saturday 7th September 2019

The highlight of our celebrations is the Sivananda Conference over the weekend of 7th and 8th September 2019 at the Sivananda International Cultural Centre, Sivananda Nagar, La Mercy at which venue international artistes and speakers will contribute to this grand function. The public is urged to attend this important function as it promises not only to convey the powerful message on our ancient Hindu Dharma, but also share coping strategies, to charge one’s batteries to meet the challenges of life and to help one on the spiritual journey towards God. The spiritually elevating Programme includes Ganga Arati, Recital of the Sri Hanuman Chalisa, Havan, Chanting of Mantras, Guest Artistes, Sanskrit Recitals, Talks on Sri Swami Sivananda and his Contributions to South Africa and the World, Plays, Dance Recitals, Kirtans, Bhajans, Forum Discussion and Workshops on topics relevant to youth and modern day family life, Sivananda Gymnastic Drill, Musical and Cultural items for young and old.
