Pour all the milk into a saucepan, add 1.25 ml of vanilla cream flavoring and heat over medium heat until... 1. Make sure it's hot (not boiling). 2. In a bowl, whisk together: → the 3 egg yolks + the sugar + the cornstarch. 3. When the milk is hot, pour it in a thin stream over the mixture, whisking continuously. 4. Then pour everything back into the saucepan. 5. Thicken over medium heat, stirring constantly until you obtain a smooth and thick cream. 6.
