Set the timer for 20 or 30 minutes and do as many rounds as you can. I'm using a 36kg / 80lb bell, my go to is usually a 24kg. If I was using my 24, I'd be upping the reps with some of the movements, especially swings. Feel free to add reps if you have a lighter bell, or you can always adjust as needed. You can add push ups to this and it becomes the Core 4. Or keep it as is, and do push ups and arms separately.
