#LaEfiapContigo | Rafael Jiménez Asensio | Empleo público 2020-2030: desafíos en escenario de crisis

The School of Training and Innovation for Public Administration (EFIAP) of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the 2020-2021 Biennial Training Plan and in the context of the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus, organized a Virtual Conference (known as a Webinar) on “Public Employment 2020-2030: Multiple Challenges in a Crisis Scenario.” The speaker was Rafael Jiménez Asensio, partner at Estudio Sector Público SLPU, a professional services firm specializing in institutional consulting and public sector training, and also a tenured university professor. The session was opened by the director of EFIAP, Isabel Mª Belmonte, and the speaker was introduced by the Director General of Public Service, Carmen Mª Zamora. This is the first of the initiatives promoted under the slogan #LaEfiapContigo (EFIAP with You), open to all interested individuals in the public administration and public sector. The conference was broadcast via the #LaEfiapContigo channel on Thursday, May 7, between 6:00 and 7:30 p.m., with technical support from the Foundation for Health Training and Research (FFIS). The webinar aimed, among other objectives, to raise awareness among human resources (HR) managers and professionals about the challenges that have arisen in this area following the crisis stemming from the pandemic, and also to identify and prioritize the measures that should be adopted regarding public employment to provide an effective response to the complex situation facing public administrations in the coming years.
