Tackling Surface Rust on Our Sprinter Van | DIY Sill Repair (EP15)

Welcome back to Wild Vanventures! This week’s plan was to install the diesel heater… unfortunately, things didn’t quite go to plan. We discovered we didn’t have the correct size hole saw to fit the heater, so rather than waste the day, we decided to tackle another important job that had been on the list for a while—removing and treating the surface rust on the van’s sills. Preventing rust from spreading now will save us a lot more work (and money!) later, so it’s all part of building this camper the right way. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to finish filming this episode due to some unexpected family issues that needed my full attention. Family will always come first, and I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. The good news is that everything is getting back on track, and weekly uploads are resuming Thank you to everyone who has stuck with the channel despite the delays—it genuinely means a lot. I also have some really exciting news to share very soon about the future of Wild Vanventures, so make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it!
