¡Bienvenidos a la SEVILLA de 1952! Película inédita de 16mm en 4K

Never-before-shared footage recorded during an American couple's trip to Seville in 1952. Taxis and trams, pedestrians and shops... they appear before the camera for an instant then vanish, preserved on film before fading into memory. Among other corners of Seville, this recording takes us to: the surroundings of the Puerta de Jerez opposite the now defunct Hotel Cristina, the Cathedral, the Reales Alcázares, a cinema showing the film ‘The Mating Season’ starring Gene Tierney and John Lund, the Torre del Oro, the Hotel Alfonso XIII, the Plaza de España, and the Murillo Gardens. A sumptuous visual document of Seville in bygone times, originally recorded on 16mm Kodacolor stock, now carefully digitised with noise reduction so it can be enjoyed once again and endure for the future.
