Is it Possible to Beat Plants Vs. Zombies Without Sunflowers? (No Sunflower Challenge)

People have managed to beat Plants Vs. Zombies mini games with unique strategies that involve not planting Sunflowers, however what would happen if we tried to create a fresh new save file and tried to beat Adventure Mode without ever planting Sunflowers (Or Sun-shrooms)? Is it possible? Note that Plants Vs Zombies on PC runs at a forced 800x600 resolution even when in fullscreen mode, hence why the video looks ugly when viewed in full screen.
