She was assigned to the "Cheverly Hills" project, which was said to have the second largest development area in Japan at the time, and served as a site supervisor. At the age of 27, she started a construction-related human resources service business. For over a decade after the company's founding, she worked as an engineer, providing client support and construction management services. She has been providing human resources support to the construction industry for approximately 30 years since its founding in 1992. She holds qualifications including a Class 1 Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer and a Dam Management Engineer. Saya Ichikawa Born in 1990, she hails from downtown Tokyo. This is her sixth year at Rise. She joined the company with no prior experience in the construction industry and spent two years working on civil engineering sites. She is currently in charge of training at the head office. She loves new things and has a keen eye for the latest products and technologies. Her favorite drawing is the road profile.
