There's nothing special about its execution but it's more than special to me. It is a recipe with eggs that my grandmother Divina always made for me, in name and in fact, and which I always remember with affection. Extremely simple, but I will never forget that taste, that perfume! Obviously she meant by the term home, dairy, therefore cheese, but for me it was really home! This first course has very few ingredients, parmesan, eggs, pasta, oil but above all parsley! You need a nice fresh tuft to make this cheap and very simple recipe, which I'm sure you will love as much as I do! The funniest part for me, as a curious child, was breaking spaghetti. In fact, at the supermarket they can also be found already broken at times, but do you want to sweep them away and chat with those you love? For me it is still today one of my favorite comfort foods.
