Smart Patrol car for Autocone ( Spinning Mill)

I am introducing a new concept and invention in the textile spinning industry "Smart Patrol Car". Smart Patrol Car is very useful to Autocone Machine operators for cops feeding, taking out finished cone or replacing new paper cone and obviously for immediate address of the errors of the machine. The machine is also invented from the same concept (Smart Patrol Cycle)as posted earlier. Normally an Autocone machine operator is responsible 30 drums for feeding and other operations immediately as soon as it is noticed without interruption to increase the yarn production from every drum or spindles. More stoppage causes yield reduction and production loss. To minimize production loss, improve the efficiency of the operators the concept has formulated. It’s about four month the trial is ongoing to the machine. My team is to successfully develop the Smart Patrol Car followed my design. This car is being completely manufactured by the factory’s workshop facility (some parts being arranged locally). The benefit of this E-Smart Patrol Car to operators is to attend the operation without much fatigue and in a more comfortable way. Operator walking is completely reduced, attending the location of errors without effort and also on time and made faster.
