Bit of a show stopper this one but it’s super easy to make and the perfect ‘lighter’ desert after a big meal! Zingy lemon and creamy cream :) Everything I used will be listed below incase you want to make these for yourself. Thanks for stopping by, -Cheryl x ____________________________________________________________________ What I used (serves 8 depending on how thick your slices are) Oil for greasing your tin, greaseproof paper and a 2lb (900g) loaf tin 300g (10.5 oz) Buttery biscuits - I used 20 Simmers round butter biscuits 3 Lemons - 2 Zested & juiced and the other one sliced 400g (14.1 oz) mascarpone cheese (or another cream cheese of your choice) 400ml (13.5 fl oz) Double or heavy cream 25g (0.8 oz) Icing sugar or powdered sugar 150g (5.2 oz) Lemon curd Mini meringues ___________________________________________________________________ CONTACT ME: New P.O.
