Indeed, preserving this system and safeguarding it from error was one of the primary motivations for the classification of the science of Tajweed. To achieve this noble goal, the idea for the project to achieve audio-visual performance was conceived: "Ittisaq" (Conformity). Project Name: (Ittisaq) Linguistically, Ittisaq means completeness and perfection, the coherence and harmony of the elements of something. This is illustrated in the verse: "And the moon when it is full" [Surat Al-Inshiqaq: 18], meaning when it is complete and becomes a full moon. The word "Ratl" (recitation) also refers to the consistency and order of something in a straight line, as in the verse: "Or add to it, and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation" [Surat Al-Muzzammil: 4]. The choice of this name as the title for our project indicates that one of its most prominent goals is to standardize and regulate the recitation of the Quran, as it is pronounced by the leading Muslim reciters today, across their diverse schools of thought and methods of learning. First Requirement: (Vision and Mission) Vision: An audio-visual project concerned with standardizing the performance of the subtle aspects of Tajweed and the various readings. Mission: To present audio-visual educational models for performing selected Tajweed and reading issues, presented according to a modern method based on the latest educational tools. It aims to provide students of this science with a sound foundation, according to the highest standards of proficiency, by learning directly from the leading imams of Quranic recitation in the Islamic world whose chains of transmission are connected to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). General Objective: To achieve and document the correct pronunciation of a range of performance-related issues in Tajweed and Quranic readings. Specific Objectives: 1- To assist students of the Holy Quran in mastering the vocal performance of certain Tajweed and Quranic reading issues. 2- To distinguish correct performance from incorrect performance. 3- To harmonize the practical application across all schools of Quranic recitation. 4- To provide researchers with a reliable and highly credible practical reference for performance. Content: The project consists of an audio-visual recording of a select group of renowned and highly qualified scholars and reciters from various regions. This recording serves as a practical reference for the most important performance issues in Tajweed and the different readings of the Quran. A book will accompany the project, establishing the foundations of these selected performance issues, in addition to addressing related scholarly topics closely connected to reading and teaching, thus integrating the aspects of transmission and knowledge. Target Audience: Those engaged in receiving and teaching the Holy Quran and its various readings at all levels. The project's main outputs include: 1. A smartphone application. 2. A CD-ROM. 3. A book that establishes the foundational principles of performance-based knowledge. 4. Publication of project materials on specialized websites. 5. Television series broadcast on Quranic satellite channels.
