After the “The Check’s on You” series on Ayaküstü Lezzetler, now it’s time for “The Check’s on Me.” In the first episode of this series, Onur Ziya Demir and his guest Kerem Özçakıl explore 3 different food spots in Istanbul that stand out for their high-quality meat dishes. At our first stop, Muşmuloğlu My Garden in Beykoz, we kick off the day with a rich feast featuring delicious items such as meatballs, sausage, külbastı, lamb lokum, lamb chops, and lahmacun. Our second stop is Nazende Cadde, Uluç Şef’s new venue on Bağdat Avenue. Here, we try döner prepared with 50% beef and 50% lamb, kid meatballs, a special wet döner burger with tomato sauce, and two special desserts worthy of the holiday-themed episode.
