At our first stop, Muşmuloğlu My Garden in Beykoz, we kick off the day with a rich feast featuring delicious items such as meatballs, sausage, külbastı, lamb lokum, lamb chops, and lahmacun. Our second stop is Nazende Cadde, Uluç Şef’s new venue on Bağdat Avenue. Here, we try döner prepared with 50% beef and 50% lamb, kid meatballs, a special wet döner burger with tomato sauce, and two special desserts worthy of the holiday-themed episode. For the finale, we visit Yazılı, one of 4. Levent’s premium meat destinations. We end the day perfectly with a lokum burger, Yazılı burger, smoked beef rib asado burger, grilled oyster mushrooms, avocado salad with tulum cheese, and shredded zucchini dessert.
