Adirondacks BDR-X Documentary Film

The Adirondacks BDR-X is a 700-mile adventure route looping Adirondack Park in northern New York State. Totaling 6 million acres, the Adirondack Park is the largest publicly protected area in the contiguous United States. Riders will experience a collection of beautiful twisting tarmac, lightly-maintained seasonal roads through pristine natural areas, as well as the occasional rocky, sandy, or muddy pathway. The majestic beauty of the tight forested canopy is abundant through the countless state and wild forests of the Adirondacks. Water is found throughout the route as it meanders through expansive valleys full of flowing rivers and stunning lakes. Designed with approximately 50% pavement, this route is approachable for most adventure riders and delivers the full BDR experience for new and seasoned riders alike. We have introduced a new route with free GPS tracks for the community every year since 2010. Routes can be downloaded from our website at www.ridebdr.com Our work includes rider education, safety campaigns and promoting responsible travel for motorcyclists traveling in the backcountry. Our volunteer-powered organization works with agencies and land managers to keep trails and remote roads open for motorcycling. Each route generates new tourism that delivers sustainable economic relief to less-advantaged rural communities. This creates local stakeholders who will help fight to keep access for dual-sport and adventure motorcycles in these incredible backcountry areas. ** This film is for private use only. ** For public, commercial, or group use please contact us here: https://ridebdr.com/contact-us/
