This video explains how to draw a PERT arrow diagram and the critical path. If there are multiple nodes, combine them into one (two or more preceding tasks → combine the circles into one). The minimum number of days required to complete the project can be found by writing the "maximum cumulative number of days to reach that point" for each node, from left to right. The critical path is the route that takes the longest to reach the final node. A one-day delay in any task on the path will delay the entire project by one day.
