How to make Saloon Louvered Doors from rough wood

This sweet saloon louvered doors are build for my dressing room. Hinged on double side spring hinges and can open both sides. Made from two 1.5" thick alder wood lumber in my small garage workshop. Aged wood and patina finished to look very old.
