I wanted to take you guys behind the scenes of our manufacturing process. This week was about seeing it all up close. The factories, the materials, the people, the process, and life on the road. From raw inputs to final product, everything that goes into bringing AIDAN to life, especially with 24 new SKUs now in motion. But what stayed with me most wasn’t just what happened inside the factories. It was everything outside of them. Everywhere we went, people were welcoming, curious, and genuinely excited to connect. There were a lot of laughs, a lot of good conversations, and moments that continually challenge my expectations. This trip made me realize how much of China people never actually see.
