In the early practice heat, I placed P1 with a 22.198 in lap 27 of 52. The gap from P1 to P11 was only .41 seconds, which is excellent. Tight spreads like this in the field and well-tuned karts is the ideal. In Quali, I placed P7 of 12 with a 22.369. Kaulin Grace finished quali P1 with a 22.153 best overall. Once again, the gap between P1 and P10 was only .398 seconds! Donny Smith won the 1hr endurance race, driving 145 laps in total, with a PB (best lap) of 22.027. BK (AKA Brandon of the Red Helmet) finished P2 with 144 laps and a PB of 22.05. Rounding out the Podium and 22.0X gang was, Me, Dom Callan, AKA Rebel Scum, in P3 with 144 laps and a PB of 22.098. A very big shout out to A K X L (21.946) and One Bad (21.99) for landing the only sub 22 second laps of the entire race! A very big shout out to everyone, actually, as the spread from fastest lap to slowest across the 12 racers was only .71 seconds. Incredible driving, all of you! Congratulations to all who raced such a hard and close race! It was great racing with you all!
