I personally have always loved this song and listened to many of its different versions over time. I genuinely felt that an Arabic interpretation could bring a unique atmosphere and sound to it — maybe even making it feel more epic… if that’s even possible 😄 This project is made with deep respect and appreciation for Russian musical and cultural heritage, and for the timeless emotional power of the original song.
