Drive through the RIM and watch footage of the San Antonio tornado damage

SAN ANTONIO - A tornado touched down near The Rim on Wednesday morning, damaging businesses, apartment complexes and leaving thousands without power as heavy rain and flash flooding continued across the San Antonio area. The National Weather Service confirmed the tornado crossed Interstate 10 between The Dominion and Shavano Park. It was first reported around 7:50 a.m. in Shavano Park.
