Ridge Racer (PS1) - Clean race on Mid-Level with RT Ryukyu (No Drift)

This is one of the many racing games that I played on the PlayStation 1 when I grew up. It is also one of the first games that were released for the PS1 at all, coming out in 1995. I have always used this car in the game. I believe it is the slowest of them all but it has the best handling, allowing you to take all corners on the earlier tracks at full speed. With the other cars you need to use drifting but I never understood how to do that correctly in this game, without being slowed down heavily at the end of a drift. Anyway, it is also a nice challenge to do a clean race with this grip style of car. :) System: PlayStation 1 (emulated with ePSXe190) Game: Ridge Racer Track: Mid-Level (Intermediate) Car: RT Ryukyu Transmission: Automatic Controller: Logitech Precision (d-pad only) I had to mute the sound after the finish because the emulator only creates some ear-damaging noise instead of the music that should normally play after a race.
