Frank VanderSloot | Grandpa's Academy

Melaleuca CEO Frank VanderSloot established Grandpa's Academy as a way to teach his grandchildren valuable life lessons through hard work at Riverbend Ranch in Idaho. For several weeks during the summer, his grandchildren assist with work around the ranch. After experiencing a few hours of work each day, the kids get a well-earned opportunity to relax and play. Frank VanderSloot is sharing many of the same values with his family that are used in building Melaleuca: hard work, determination, and integrity.
