The Suncoast Hotel & Casino, on the west side of the Las Vegas valley in Summerlin, is undergoing a big refresh - and we just had to go over and see what's new! They won't be finished until next year, but they have already unveiled a new sports book, a new steakhouse, and there is lots of other stuff under construction.
