Malan family responds to paedophile claims
The family of the apartheid era defence Minister Magnus Malan has broken their silence. The controversial book The Lost Boys of Bird Island portrays Malan as a paedophile. Co-authors of the book Mark Minnie and Chris Steyn accused Malan and two other National Party ministers, including one who is still alive of being were central figures in alleged paedophilia ring.
