MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH BAGALLERY (SCREENSHOTS ATTACHED)

Hello Everyone. I am making this video with a very heavy heart. I don't like defaming brands and try my best to resolve as much as I can but this time it got out of my hands. I have shared my worst experience with Bagallery and their customer services representatives. They tried to scam me as much as they could and got away with it sadly. I am sharing this video so anyone else doesn't get scammed by them like I did.
