Sprinkled Chicken with Various Toppings & Fillings | Toppings for Chicken, Mie Gacoan, Wonton Noodles, Cwie Mie, etc. | Fillings for Lemper, Martabak, etc. Our daughter, Mumtaz, absolutely loves eating at Mie Gacoan. So, every time she goes to Madiun City, she almost always invites us to stop by. Sometimes she even goes to the trouble of using GoFood and waiting for over an hour, because it's quite a distance, about 15 km. Honestly, I think it's pretty good, especially the fried chicken dumplings and sprinkled chicken. Well, then because Mom was curious, this project became a project: making Mie Gacoan at home. And because there are so many ingredients, I'm making them one by one so I don't get overwhelmed. Well, this time we'll share the sprinkled chicken, Mie Gacoan-style. The fried wontons and Mie Gacoan, will follow soon. And here's the recipe; I hope it works and is helpful. Thank you. INGREDIENTS 250g Chicken Fillet [1 Boneless Chicken Breast] 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil [Me: 1 tbsp Sesame Oil + 2 tbsp Cooking Oil] 1 tbsp [regular tablespoon] Soy Sauce or can be substituted with ¼ tsp Fine Salt, to taste 1 tbsp [regular tablespoon] Oyster Sauce ¼ tsp Stock Powder ½ tsp Pepper ½ tsp Sugar GROUNDED SPICES 3 cloves of garlic 1 finger-length ginger A pinch of nutmeg, about ½ gram or can be substituted with ¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder NOTE: This recipe makes about 140g of Ayam Tabur (Spicy Chicken).
