Fibromialgia, “Prisioneros del dolor”

We will address an invisible illness that affects one and a half million people in our country, some 60,000 diagnosed in Castilla-La Mancha: fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. We will learn about the medical aspects of this illness, its origin, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as the work of the Afibrovi Villarrobledo association. We will also hear from several affected individuals who will tell us how painful it is to live with this illness, but also about the fighting spirit, optimism, and energy they must summon to keep going and face a disease that still has no cure.
