Rare Vice Restoration
#vise #vice #restorationvideos #restoration#asmrnotalking In this restoration video I will restore ,Stewart Handy Worker vise drill grinder restoration, After donating the searing iron from a previous restoration video I did, to the local Museum they were really impressed with the quality of workmanship when I spotted this vise and asked if I could restore it, they jumped at the chance and helped me load into the car I figured out it was missing some parts after searching around we found most the parts that we needed for restoring it I expect most Farmers that bought this would have used anything that was handy for a stand , on that basis of that I went through museums storage barn and found a stand that looked interesting admittedly it's more decorative then functional but it is for display for Museum it was interesting during the research figuring out what it is and where it came from so it's a Stewart handy worker sold by Farmers trading company on mail order catalogue Made in the 1920s the combination of stand and anvil is too heavy for me to lift together the vice has been turned back to the museum now. And found another missing part for the vice the drill plate I did have two offers to buy it . hope you enjoy watching this video cheers Richard restorations help fund the next project for the museum https://koji.to/k/6AxN ~-~~-~~~-~~-~ Please watch: "110 Year Old Vacuum / Carpet Sweeper Restoration " • 100 year old vacuum restoration ~-~~-~~~-~~-~
