Ethernet couplers allow you to connect multiple ethernet cables together to make one longer strand. This is especially useful when you have several shorter ethernet cables laying around that you don’t use, or you have an ethernet cable that is a few feet too short for the connection you want to make. All you have to do is use an ethernet coupler to connect cables together until you have a strand of the desired length.
