Pro-Biotic Cabbage Salad Ingredient Quantity Cabbage Shredded 1 no. (Small) Parsley 2-3 stalks Coriander leaves 6-8 stalks Radish leaves 2-3 no. Pumpkin Seeds (Soaked Overnight) ¼ cup Pink Salt 1 tsp + ¼ tsp Whole Black pepper 8-10 no. Cumin seeds 1 tsp Honey 2 tsp Apple cider Vinegar 2 tsp Method: 1. Take shredded cabbage in a mixing bowl, add pink salt and mix well. Keep it aside. 2. Take grinder jar, Strain the pumpkin seeds and add to the jar. 3. Add parsley, coriander leaves, radish leaves, whole black pepper, cumin seeds, pink salt, honey and apple cider vinegar and grind well. 4. Add little water and grind to a smooth paste. 5. Add to the cabbage bowl and mix well. 6.
