With 47 floors and an approximate height of 152 meters, the building features a contemporary design of circular volumes, glass facades, and green terraces, inspired by the mechanical movement of an engine, integrating architecture, technology, and nature. The project would be located at a strategic point in the city center, at the intersection of Calle 26 and Avenida Caracas, next to the future Central Metro Station, and would combine residential housing and world-class hotels, with independent access and premium amenities.
