I Found the Most Exclusive Watch Shops in Japan | Best Watch Stores in Japan

These hidden and exclusive stores are some of the best watch shops in all of Japan, maybe even in the whole world. Welcome back to Watch Hunting in Japan, where we explore Japan's Watch scene in search for rare vintage watches on a bargain. Day 6-7: Nakameguro, Ebisu, Omotesando, Aoyama Today we are going to some of my favorite neighborhoods. Nakameguro, cut in half by the peaceful Meguro river, is an amazing place to relax on the weekend with plenty of cafes and shops. Here you will find Motohashi, an underrated watch shop staffed by elderly gentlemen with no online presence. They have a bit of everything so make sure to visit. Up the hill we will visit the historic Kyu Asakura house and then move on to Ebisu, where we will visit Timeanagram: the most exclusive watch shop in all of Tokyo. Filled with rare vintage watches, this place doesn't allow filming but I will show you how to make an appointment and buy their watches. In Ebisu you will also find my favorite ramen spot in Tokyo: Ganso Aburado. An abura soba joint with a secret ingredient. Lastly we will travel to arguably nicest neighborhoods in Tokyo: Omotesando and Aoyama. These two adjacent areas are idyllic and quite posh honestly. We will explore their cultish shops like the Real McCoy's and their incredible watch stores including WatchshopL, Dazzling, HMS Watchstore and Curious Curio. P.S. I didn't go on this occasion but in Aoyama you will also find the Kurono Tokyo flagship. An incredible watch brand created by Japan's most famous watchmaker Hajime Asaoka.
