Solo MTB Adventure Into Tahoe's Backcountry

Sometimes the best adventures are the ones you don't plan. Just one week after ending up in the ER with stitches in my foot from an accident in the Upper Truckee River, I was finally back on the bike. This solo ride took me deep into Tahoe's backcountry, where I discovered incredible alpine meadows, towering pines, mountain views, and some amazing singletrack.
