Make It Happen Episode 5: Kitchen Makeover

The kitchen is the heart of the home, so why not make it spectacular? In this episode, you'll see Lucy Glade-Wright and a team from Bunnings help Virginia to transform her cluttered and dated kitchen into a stunning country kitchen, with some handy D.I.Y. ideas and products from Bunnings. Starting with the essentials, we'll be painting the entire room, including the existing kitchen cabinets, replacing the dated tile splashback and installing a new benchtop with a marble-look finish. To modernise the space, we'll be installing new, stainless steel appliances and adding additional kitchen cabinets to bring some of those appliances off the benchtop and create extra space. Speaking of extra space, the pantry will be getting a makeover too, with some simple but game changing organisation ideas. Lastly, we'll be extending the makeover into the dining area, with some upcycling projects to make the most of the existing furniture.
