Eslöv station

The film shows the Eslöv railway station, Sweden. The film shows some trains, the station and some of the station's surroundings. Eslöv's first station building was built in 1858 according to drawings by the State Railways' first architect AW Edelsvärd. In 1914, the station building was rebuilt and extended, following drawings by Folke Zettervall, who was chief architect of the State Railways' architectural office. Eslöv was a junction for five railways; Statliga Södra stambanan and the four private railways Landskrona-Helsingborg 1865, Ystad 1866, Hörby / Kristianstad 1896 and Röstånga / Klippan 1898. This was the reason why the original station building was not enough but was replaced by a larger one. The film was recorded in July 2021.
