The Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Friday (November 28) rejected the appeal of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte for a conditional release. Duterte was not physically or virtually present at the court, as he waived his right to appear at the hearing. He was represented by his lead counsel, Nicholas Kaufman.
