After receiving a warning by the banker, Eric reprimands Pam for her actions. In return, Pam gives Eric an earful and quits her job. Katie goes to great lengths to convince Bill to not run the pictures of Donna in his magazine. Katie agrees to have dinner with him. Eric refuses to give into the pressure given to him by his family regarding a solution to saving the company.
